CMK Realty is about to begin marketing 40 new 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom and 2-bedroom plus den units at 4846 N Clark St in Ravenswood, just two blocks from Andersonville.

The units have a loft-like feel, with 10-foot ceilings, open floor plans and generously-sized flexible layouts.     Just a note - these are NOT new as the ad states. These condos have been on the market for YEARS, so don't worry about the "priced to sell quickly". Chances are though, if you're looking for a quiet location, you could probably get a great deal... so long as you don't mind the papered up windows of the vacant retail space and the empty lot full of garbage next to you. If you're looking for convenient public transportation... not really going to happen (main outlet is the #22 Clark bus).

    You're a fountain of misinformation.

    Yes, the project is several years old, but the units in question are new, i.e. never occupied.

    The empty lot has been acquired and will be developed.

    The Clark St bus is at the front door. Other buses connect at the corner, along Lawrence. It's a 10-minute walk in either direction to the CTA Red Line and Metra stops on Lawrence.
