  • 3 greyhounds??? on a hare??... wise up.

  • @sparkyjohn100

Wanna try? Dogs should enjoy what they were made for..

  • Thank you, Thank you, Thank you. Finally an a video on Youtube about the Greyhounds natural ability. When greyhounds first came to N. America they were used as hunting dogs.

The racing industry ruined the opportunity to buy a greyhound puppy and raise it to hunt etc. Additionally, some well meaning people that adopt greyhounds in the USA treat greyhounds like children/ people and do not let the dogs be dogs and redevelop their natural instinct.

  • Thank you for your comment and indifferent attitude to the abilities of hunting greyhound. In Russia, very fond of Greyhounds, and hunting with hounds is our age-old tradition

    Be happy! Thank you.

  • @Hunterlady2000 it is an age old tradition in this country, England but the minority have brainwashed the then government and it is now banned .

  • We call that 'coursing'...theres big money to be made betting on it..,

  • @sparkyjohn100 It is :]

  • @blackbriar246 have to say its a good video though

  • @sparkyjohn100 I think this was just to showcase the greyhound's abilities. Just a couple of friends fooling around.

  • I would love to get a greyhound and train it to hunt. Unfortunately, there aren't many places in North America where you can just let your dog loose like that. The places I know that allow dogs only allow them to retrieve already dead animals.

  • this is arab levrier not greyhound

  • @Hunterlady2000 This is why I work with my lab on retrieving birds.

  • Beautiful animals simply amazing athletes im sure u are proud!!!

  • @japslapr you would be surprised, also it helps to get a well bred one, bred for coursing rather than racing or showing. but yes greyhounds are injury prone, being such finely built animals, in my opinion better to get a lurcher with a bit of tough about it.
