Great singing man! Just a quick attempt at a tip:
The one thing that would make your tags "pop" quite a bit more would be if you worked on your sound a little. Keep the palate raised and work on making your sound brighter (sing off of your upper teeth). You're sound seems to let up allot during consonants; if it was brighter you would be using your nose more and the sound would carry through the "c"s and "t"s.
Just a few friendly ideas. Keep up the good work! You are already improving.

The Sheet Music is in the bible for all barbershop'ers: Classic Tags for men by David Wright and I use audacity to record.
