In Memory of Mindy

Mindy (JesMinder, as my sister named her. She was nicknamed "Stripes", for her brown patches which formed unusual stripes across her back) was a quiet, serious, but happy puppy. She worked very hard to please everyone (she had mastered 25 commands by the time she was four months old!), and Mindy never gave up when faced with a challenge. Our beloved little one fought her illness 'til her very last breath. She wasn't loud like her siblings, instead content to just sit and be pet. I'll forever miss this little doll.

Despite vaccinations, Mindy was lost to Parvo on August first, just after her two older sisters, Angie and Lilly. Her sister, Daisy, and her brothers, Noah and Manny, all survived.

my dog just turned one in dec 2010 it just got paro and we give it i,v's and shot given by the vet do u think he has a chance?

@meghanelizabeth172 His age is certainly a huge advantage (Mindy was just a few months and not very strong), and treated dogs have at least a 50/50 chance, so there's a good chance he will. Certainly don't lose hope! Out of Mindy's litter, we lost three, but three others did make it through. It's nearly three years later and they're strong, healthy dogs -we're so thankful.

@ErisFae yes sorry i haven't replied back he is so much better and we are very happy but ty for being postive and im very sorry for mindy and she was a very pretty dog :)
