-

-
@The1AndOnlyDannyBro As well as you son.
-
@boykocos "It's easy to talk shit through a PC". Well shit, son - you certainly proved that.

I played SS for 4 years of DI football and graduated last year. I decided to try crossfit and it helped me lose my unnecessary bulk & playing weight. I dropped 15 pounds and have barely lost ANY strength as far as bench/squat/deadlift and even completed a full marathon a couple months ago. The ppl i workout with at crossfit have better form than a lot of the meatheads at the local gym. Your all haters. Be happy that people are getting fit & working towards goals. Its easy to talk shit thru a PC

For all of you fitness experts out there that feel the need to degrade the crossfitters shame on you. Whether crossfit or any other fitness routine at least these people are getting their ass off the couch and doing SOMETHING physical unlike 80% of out obese & lazy population. Second, the pullups they are doing are called "kipping pullups" and when done correctly are meant to maximize reps as opposed to low rep isolation "deadweight" pullups you guys are talking about when you say its bad form
-
Great effort - alot of enthusiasm but horrible form
-
tactical mute incoming

@ricardozs1983 good cool for u. and crossfit guys wont bash u for it. but here u r talkin shit about them. ive competed in strength competition too. its alot of fun and a great environment but u still dont need to come talk shit
-
Common guys lighten up. Is it powerlifting? nope. Is this easy? no way! I think the old-fashioned criteria applies: what percentage of guys eventually puke? Anything over 10% has to qualify as a respectable workout!
lol wth... 1:00 the guy is hopping
Froggy pullups ^^

@brycecoad1 Scientifically. Force x Distance / Time = Power. Measured in foot pounds (ft lbs) That's what this is Force = Lbs, Distance = ft, Over time. lbs x ft / time (Force x Distance / Time) That is the measure of Crossfit. Body builder- Moves heavy weight over a short distance. Marathon runner -Moves little weight over long distance. Crossfitter moves lots of weight over long distance. 1 Horsepower = 33,000 lbs moved 1 foot over the time span of 1 minute. that's the science behind Crossfit.
