Hissing Fauna has been available on the internet illegally since at least early last fall. Sort of reminds me of Jim Morrison in that he "heard" an entire doors concert in his head and a large part of several albums came out of one experience.

I had no idea this song could translate so well into live form... also, '05 WTF. I was under the impression that Hissing Fauna was written in a fairly short time period mostly by Barnes alone.

sorry, for the vagueness. what i meant was...since the lyrics in A Sentence of Sorts in Kongsvinger (which was written at the same time as this one) refer to the winter in Norway, that means it was written at the end of 2004. i'm just amazed at how long Hissing Fauna has been in the works. but not trying to sound all nitpicky, thanks for the posting the video =p
