Jollibee at Eagle Rock Plaza in Glendale, California - October 2009

Here I am at yet another Jollibee restaurant in the Los Angeles area, this time the one in the Eagle Rock plaza in Glendale, California. This one is interesting to me because this one is actually inside a major metropolitan area shopping mall. Along with Jollibee there are lots of traditional Filipino establishments like Seafood city, Goldilocks, and Red Ribbon bakery here right next to stores you might expect to see at a mall like Target, Sears and Macy's, something I never see here in the area where I live. It's weird, but a good kind of weird.
Recently, an episode of "Glee" was shot at this very same area. In a scene where one of the characters gets up from his wheelchair and starts dancing to "The Safety Dance", we can clearly see the open area, escalators and the Jollibee restaurant in the background.
