I've noticed (Not so much in this episode but in others) that when vinegar tits denies one of the women somethying, then she'll smile and look smug and confident. Every one tells me that she is lovely compared to the freak, it scares me shitless thinking what the freak is going to be like.

Vera's part in this scene was overblow! It was just made that way to make it look more dramatic. Vera had no authority in the matter. It is the Governor who gives permission to grant a Prisoner temporary leave for something like that! A funeral. I don't know the name of the request but In real life a person incarcerated does have a right to attend a Funeral of a deceased love one. It can be under close supervision or under restraints like hand Cuffs.

God Damn!!!...this show is so good!!! My mother watched this show when i was like 2 years old... and for some reason, Bea Smith's character was the only one that stuck in my memory. And as a kid a didn't realize how sexy a couple of these girls were. Like the main girl who got blamed for burying the kid. And the slutty girl thats messing with the electrician lol.
