Seattle Cop Killer Brought to Justice...

the Seattle police department do what should have been done long ago by the justice system, they sentence a cop killer to death.

My question now is, when are the people responsible for this cop killer being on the streets going to be held accountable? Mainly the Arkansas Parole Board and Governor Mike Huckabee

the thing is murderers who come out of jail and murder again is rare, over 90% of murders were not even planned out and most of the 10% were crimes of passion. the reason you hear it on the news when the occasional one occurs is for that reason, it is exceptional. tougher sentences will not deter crime, here in canada until 1961 all murders carried mandatory death when the usa started getting tough on sentences in the 70's crime rates were declining due to a better economy than in the 50's-60's.
