  • @SomeGreenTea oh man another expert fagg... tell ya what boss these fast movements arent really beginner friendly, anybody trying this shit for the first time or even the thousandth time for that matter can easily fuck up their joints or strain muscles. tearing down muscles for the burn is one thing but straining em is another. learn the dangers of improper fitness techniques before commenting.

  • @SomeGreenTea :( your completely missing what i was talking about, what i was talking about wasnt muscle breakdown but injury to ones self for doing the reps so fast. improper form on weighted exercises can lead to joint and tendon problems broham. hope you die soon.
