British Team Rock Climber, Adrian Baxter, and Endurance Adventurer, Oliver Dudley, talk you through their experience of the Anatomy in Motion Technology which helped them to overcome physical issues and fulfil particular goals. Gary Ward flew around the world with Team 777 (7 ultramarathons in 7 days on 7 different continents) supporting the injured Oli Dudley and helps Adrian Baxter manage a life long hip problem so he may overcome his English climbing nemesis at Ansteys Cove, Torquay in the UK and better prepare for world and european events.

Gary himself interjects with some AiM philosophy and Hamish Wolfenden gives his scientific view point.

Gary runs courses, clinics & workshops for Personal Trainers, therapists and his varied clientele.
