She's not. Even if she was, what the hell is it to you? Judging people based on how they dress is a dark-age mentality. When I see a Muslim dressed with a hijab in my country (Canada), I RESPECT it. I don't go around calling her a 'bitch'. Learn to tolerate.
If anything, look around you and see how the intolerance in Pakistan is ripping the country to shreds. The Ahmadiyya Muslims have suffered major attacks due to it. Worry about that and not about whether a lady's 'showing cleavage'.
