@DauntlessEagle1 I'm assuming eBay will make a selling app eventually. Meanwhile, I use an awesome program on my Mac called Garagesale to list items. I find people pay more when the listing is attractive. Anyway, the dudes who do garagesale make Garagesale Touch for the iPhone, there is a free and paid version. These will work on the iPad but would be pixeldoubled. I've asked though and they are doing an iPad version of Garagesale Touch. Something to keep an eye on.
