here's my entry for emily shock's Show YouTube You Can Dance Contest :)

so i played in the studio today.. here was the result.. set to "mouthwash" by kate nash. and i tried to edit parts that were filmed kinda far away so that they zoomed in...but i'm not a video editing aficionado so please ignore the poor job i did.. thanks for watching!

Dude you are amazing.... do you have any advice for me. I've been doing hiphop all my life and when I tried out for my schools dance team I made JV. Jv does hiphop and varsity does jazz, so next year i wanna make varsity....any advice? It would be much appriciated. Thanx

thank you! good for you on making jv! if you want to make varsity my best advice is TAKE CLASS! not just jazz class.. try a ballet class... lyrical/contemporary/modern... any kind of class is a great opportunity to improve yourself as a dancer, and it will carry over into other styles. it's good to get critiques/advice from a teacher and maybe even write down corrections you get.. good luck! :)

yea, when i was first watching this that funny thing with my arms was the first thing i noticed! i had never realized that i do that, but i will def work on it! thanks so much for the advice!!

she's a turning machine! o.o Would have liked to see a little more coreography there, it started out so good, the movements had meaning, then it kinda turned into how many turns and leaps can I do in one minute. But everything looked great! You're technique is so strong. I loved how you played with the bar at the begining! So cute!
