Kaseya SUCKS...Do not buy. These idiots are liars and think they are God's gift to MSP. You can get more and better support from Labtech. Kaseya tells you have great support. Read the fine print...they don't. They make you do all your own support and then won't reply back for days on end. If you buy thousands of end points they may try to be quicker. I bought Labtech and support for half the price I pay for just support with Kaseya and never get any.

@22etherbrand: You are absolutely correct. The video was spur of the moment during my meeting with Kaseya. But I can't debate you: Earlier testing would have allowed better focus.
