Farrakhan may have not held the gun or pulled the trigger himself. However, he definitely financed or supplied the bullets and had responsibility of building up "heat" for the murder of brother Malcolm X. Elijah Muhammad can publicly announce he ordered for "no action" against Malcolm, but any person with money and influence behind them can hire someone to be a bounty hunter. It's easy!

The fact is we will never know exactly what happened, but my best guess having read through the evidence is that the FBI worked together with rogue elements of the NOI to plan the assassination of Malcolm X then used the NOI as the fall guys after the deed was done. What exactly was Louis Farrakhans role in all this will never be known.
