After this tough match against highly-ranked University of California at Berkeley, the College of Charleston Quidditch team rallied to defeat Harvard University (110-60) during the play-in game to advance to the brackets!

The College of Charleston Quidditch team was founded in 2009 and was the only team from the South to attend the 2010 Quidditch World Cup in New York where they placed 12th in the world.

For the 2011 Quidditch World Cup, the team headed to Randall's Island, New York City, where they were the only team from the Carolinas to compete in Division 1. They faced off against UC Berkeley, Harvard, Lafayette College, and Boston University.

  • @CollegeofCharleston this is why we go to USC instead..

  • @gunterman007 USC has a Quidditch team. The only video we could find though was USC's double loss to Chapin High School: youtube.com/watch?v=dWhrEefZIbY
