  • @weepaul666 i dont think so, when your eating about 3000-3600 calories a day. And i only gained half a pound in 30 days? Thats not alot, of anything, IT WASNT DIRTY ENOUGH.

  • I went on a dirty bulk last month, chili fries, tacos, burgers. Crazy fatty stuff. Matched that with heavy lifting and i only gained .5lbs in a month.
