i am lucky to own a very nice sony radio like yours. i am also very lucky to have many old shortwave radios. i usually find them at the thrift shops here. i pay usually five dollars for the radios. including the sony 2010. i also was lucky to obtain a grundig 210 for the same price. radio is very fun to listen to . it is more spirit than tv or internet.
