For Trellibelli,

The Supplements I use in my green smoothie are as follows:
1 1/2 tsp Maca
1 TBSP Bee Pollen
2-4 oz of Aloe Vera Juice
1-2 TBSP Glucosamine, Chondroitin & MSM Liquid
1 tsp 2000mg Vitamin C Crystals w/ Rosehips
I usually add 2 tablespoons of ground flaxseeds or 1 tablespoon of Flaxseed oil.

You do not have to add anything into your green smoothie, it is already full of nutrients.

You may use any green leafy vegetables and any combination of fruit. Today I used what I had on hand but I prefer using mangos, pineapple, pear and banana.

However you choose to make yours is A OKAY. You can't really mess it up. If its a little bitter tasting just add a couple tablespoons of Raw Agave Nector and that should do the trick.

Enjoy!

  • Well, it looks tad gross but I am sure that you are doing your body a whole lot of good. One can never eat enough fruit or vegetables. Thank you for sharing!

  • I thought the very same thing...it looks absolutely aweful but it is better than any fruit smoothie you can get from Jumba Juice or Juice it Up...you should try it and let me know what you think...you don't have to put all the supplements in there...those were things that I take on a daily basis anyway but you can leave it out and just use your favorite fruit, water or juice and some greens!

  • Can anyone reply to my comment here or email me and tell me what I can substitute for bannanas in my green smoothie? The bannans give it a nice sweet taste and creamy consistancy-however, I have found bannanas give me heartburn. Any advice?

  • You can use any type of fruit. I would probably add dates for sweetness or sweeten with agave or maple syrup.

  • i think im going to try this during my detox...great info as always.

  • Thanks Sis!

  • Omg you have flawless skin

  • @MENDUSMEDIA Yes, but greens are fine to mix with fruits.

  • I READ THAT FRUIT AND VEG SHOULD 'NT BE EATEN AT THE SAME TIME.

    THEY DIGEST DIFFERENTLY.

  • @queensheba1978 I used to get heartburn from bananas until I tried a tip that I read. Try eating bananas alone and pay attention to something called digestive timing or food combining. Bananas don't mix well with some foods. They are best eaten alone or with greens. If you can eat bananas alone, you should be fine. Try experimenting.

  • You are absolutely right. Combining the wrong foods are called internal contamination.

  • Aloe vera juice is not good for us. It dries out the moisture in your body. Look it up on the internet. I don't know why they serve it as a health product. Everything that we think is good for us is not always what we think.

  • im trying this now!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
