@mujeeb555 No where is it mentioned that the people in the video are "AgaKhanis". The place where the matam takes place is known as Aga Khan Bangla (Compound) where shia isnashari members of the aga khan family have lived for over 150 years and are still living there. So please read correctly, understand and only then post your comments.
