probably somebody did smth with Your car before. Every 1.8 had ABS.
I've 1.8 the same as Yours, and 1.8TD, both of them have ABS.

Very nice car, a 306 1.8 16V, they are much faster than according to Peugeot.
My 1.8 16v is also very fast, look at my video!

i have 1998 306 1.8 16v. it accelerates very well.i'm glad with its performance.i like my car.but i'm not sure about breakes.ABS is not included in my car.i think ABS must be in stock in cars above 1600cc
