u sound terrible I was in Mr.Sears choir and he would have died becuz everybody would have lost their voice screamin from their throat like yall do. it u cant say just becuse yall was more of a gospel choir becuz when we did sing gospel with mr. sear we sound a hella of a lot better than all them glodel attacks

I know my comment is really late, but I have to also agree with you JSUTrumpet. I went to McMain before KATRINA. Was in the choir as well. And we prided ourselves in the fact that we didn't sound like the other high school choirs in the city because we were getting classicaly trained in vocal performance and musicianship. MRS. FRANCIS.....U ROCK!!! And because of that, we didn't compete cuz there was NO competition. Ya'll sound good, don't get me wrong, but it's all in the throat man.

i have to agree with jsu trumpet. even though you guys dont sound bad by a long shot, its totally different and i think it will be really hard for anybody to reach the level of mcmain's choir b4 katrina. all i hear is throat singing.

man ya'll need to chill forreal. I was in the choir b4 Katrina and after. Yeah its was a big difference and I wanted Mr.Sears back at first but I was doing what I love so it didn't really matter much. Plus Mr.Lawrence is a great director and the choir consists of a great group of talented students.

Wow I really don't like people who don't take the time to know somebody back ground before they voice their opinion. Not only do we sing gospel but we sing classical, negro spiritual, foreign language, and more so before you call someones choir typical I suggest you do your research rokie.
