Adam Sarette ('11) sings "Joey, Joey, Joey" from The Most Happy Fella.
Performances are from SING YOUR HARTT OUT a cabaret at the end of the year in The Mort and Irma Handel Performing Arts Center, our new home. The Hartt School (at The University of Hartford in Connecticut) has an Actor Training program as well as Musical Theater Conservatory Program. Visit http://harttweb.hartford.edu/ .
Nicely sung, perhaps with more force than needed unless done with minimal sound reinforcement before a live theater audience. A beautifully done version with a more relaxed, and pensive feel is that done by Travis Edmondson of the duo, Bud and Travis. Dead on intonation with a thoughtful guitar accompaniment.

This guy did great. You guys are being way over-critical of him, it's all in your own opinions and I don't find those comments to be true about him. It was his interpretation of the piece.

@skulblaka009x I think it was on purpose because it's a cut.

I'm sorry. I'm working on this song right now, and the way you go about it is all wrong. You jump to the "travel on" far too soon. and your last "Joe" on the sustained F isn't held nearly long enough.
Review the score a little more next time.

A much more controlled performance here. You really need to look at your vibrato. It seems a little fast and uncontrolled- that'll come with time and more work. A perfect song for your voice.
