drag new icon into box at top left of 'get info'... bam new icon,
no need to copy and paste or any thin like dat

How do you modify system icons (like ALL folder icons at once)?

correct but too long , when u copy the first icon it is enoght to clic "apple+c" and when u paste it u just click "apple+i" to open the info menu and once u click on th immage u just click "apple+v" to paste......
