Ocean Waves and Fish nail design tutorial!

*recorded July 23,2010*
I wish the waves came out better! I was really close to not uploading this because I wanted it better..oh well..why let it go to waste? ;)

I used:
nina ultra pro - mermaid-something i honestly dont remember the full name!
miginail art pen- light blue
stop nail thin brush polishes 800 (turquoise), 805(navy), 9921(white)
Mia Secret storm of glitter polish in blue
seche vite dry fast top coat

and again, the fish came in the wheel from a store in down town los angeles
