The fight against him is pretty similar to LLNMNI.(It's not like you have many options.)
The battle in a nutshell:

Shadow Flare must not hit Yuffie.
His wing attack must not hit Yuffie, and the hit
character must survive it.(Defend is necessary)
Pale Horse must not hit Yuffie.
Super Nova must not inflict its statuses.

Fastest battle speed and active mode
so his wall fades asap.
And yes, I overdid it with the counter materias, I
could have done it with three less.

The reason I reeled up Mog Dance instead of attacking him with toy box is as simple as obvious: Because I can.

Well, that concludes LLNIIANAIMO.
I wasn't sure if it was even possible
when I started it, but
I completed it, and I'm pretty proud of it.
