The English is not bad.....she just has a strong accent (Japanese I'm guessing???)
She was quite informative and I got something out of the video...because I took the time to listen!
If we all made an effort to look past race, religion, "accents" , i'm sure world peace would be achievable. but no, we judge before hearing people out....shame on us!
CAP-M holds a list of serious limitations, though due to its intuitivity and lack of ability to explain much of abnormality in historical returns it is widely used by corportate world- specifically those who 'seek alpha'
it's an easy sell to not-so-well informed investors..
though I must agree with a Nobel prize for William Sharpe and .. I believe prof. Markowitz..?
I'd go with Fama-French model myslef, though their collection of date is rather expensive if one does not work around Academia
I will have to go ahead and disagree with you here..
I'm not an exact corporate type a guy..
it'd kill me..
I crave knowlege, so might as well do something about that

No offense, I am sure the presenter knows the material. But, I will end up taking ESL classes by the time I will be done with this.
I agree with the earlier comment. The english is horrible. I wish someone else was explaining this.
