First of all capitalism is like any other "isms", it only benefits a few privileged people. We need a Resource Based Economy and turn to renewable energies and the biggest one not talked about is "Enhanced Geothermal Systems (EGS). Not geothermal but Enhanced Geothermal Systems, free energy forever.Supporting capitalism is like putting lipstick on a pig, it's still a pig!Choosing capitalism over socialism or communism is choosing the lesser of two evils, it's still evil!

1. Tax the rich, and explain that it's a temporary and necessary solution to reverse the government-sponsored income disparity of the past four decades.

2. Start infrastructure projects. Roads, bridges, parks, etc. Promote tourism.

3. Trade training programs for unskilled workers. Consider it what Public School should have provided, but failed to.

4. Encourage people to rent and save up enough to buy a home. DO NOT rely on mortgages. Buy small to begin with, then save and buy bigger.

The people of Ireland and MANY other countries are asking the same thing. "Why not put the empty homes in the hands of those who need it and charge a rate that will jump start the economy and get things 'rolling' again?"
