I like Linux. But Mac is great too. I run both. They were both built on unix and Mac is obviously more popular. For good reason. The OS is solid, tons of features, multitasking is great, and the best part which Linux doesn't have is it's built for very specific hardware. Which makes it run much more smoothly. Also they're very closed off and makes them very hard to get viruses. Linux soul be easy to get a virus but hackers don't hack hackers. Mac and windows are a hackers target so comparing wh

With some modifications it can, but the mac version of the games are somehow more compatible with Linux, maybe because they're based on similar languages. Remember: Linux is like an Engine software, you can make it the way you want. Windows is more popular because its a Lazy people OS and 97% of humanity is super lazy

@gamepro0012, thats because the big names like Microsoft and Mac usually steal their ideas from Linux distros. Linux is an open source operating system so they can get away with it and make a profit.

Can anyone tell an opinion about the You Tube videos (Firefox) in Linux? I think the speed is a little bit slower, but that's because the graphic's card drivers. I had to upgrade the flash in Firefox for everything to work ok.

I have an ASUS GeForce 6800 and works great at a resolution of 1680x1050 but in Open SUSE 11, I don't know about Ubuntu.
