@gazboselectamo Exactly. The closest thing we have in IRL is the front tire changer on the outside of car (depends who based on track) is the one who by lowering his hand releases the driver. He should have held her a few seconds.

Not sure how it works in Indycar but in F1 they have a guy holding a lollipop to hold the driver until it's safe to release. There is no way a driver can see what is coming all the way down the pit straight from where their car is - completely the pit crew's fault when this happens.

Danica would not be able to see oncoming cars in her mirror and so, like all the other drivers, has to go when the guy on the RFW tells her to. He should have held her until Kanaan had passed so it's not her fault at all!
The same happened last year when Wheldon pulled out and hit Danica, it wasn't his fault either.
So to call her stupid and pathetic when you can't even spell the word 'stupid' is a completely dumb comment!
