Excuse my zipper being opened. lol lol oh well,,,,DAY 1..........Well I am about 135 lbs now my lowest was 123 lbs. I have gained about 10 pounds @ 2 1/2 years post opt and now the real battle starts. =) Can I do this? Can I keep this weight off? YES I CAN!!! =) I have decided to do the 5 day pouch test to shrink my stomach back and try to lose some weight. A new journey begins. Day 1&2 requires only liquids as I take it back to the basics.   • HI, Im 10 weeks out of rny suregery and Im at a stay still with the weight lose. I think im have gotten use to losing 1 lbs a day. What should I do to get things going again?
