reminds me of the feel of older Stones songs, except this feels like the track that inspired the older Stones songs

apparently HRH Prince William the Duke of Cambridge is a MASSIVE Fall fan & plays the Slates E.P. on a fuck off old skool ghetto blaster on his Air Sea Rescue 'elicopter . He was inspired by the track 'Leave the Capitol' and hence why he and Catherine are based in Anglesey. It is also rumoured that his mother Lady Diana may have had an affair with Mark E. Smith and was about to join the Fall on keyboards until MI6 stepped in....

Back in the early 80s we were convinced he said 'Hey look - there's a group called Japan' - a dig at David Sylvian. Disapointed when we found out he was saying 'I laughed at the great God Pan'

@armandsdamanhoo No he didn't like London! Could only afford "one room" .... in the chorus ....

simply unbelievable and what is even more unbelievable is that after 30 freakin years and more released brilliant material than any band alive or dead, they are still unknown to 99.9% of the rock audience; screw them all we are smarter than them
