A team of Virunga National Park Rangers arrest a wildlife trafficker at Goma Airport, DR Congo. A member of Virunga National Park staff poses as a buyer in order to lure the trafficker to an ambush. The baby gorilla was rescued and the trafficker was arrested. Wildlife trafficking is just one of the many threats to the animals that live in the park and one of the many challenges faced by the rangers. Jail? This guy might be rotten but he doesn't deserve jail. If it were me, I'd throw him into an enclosure with eight or ten really pissed off adult male chimpanzees.

Sometimes they sell them as pets, and sometimes people use their body parts for folk remedies or magic.
