  • People who talk shit about Barker are just as annoying as those who rave about him.

Barker is an amazing "punk" style drummer. Far more progressive and creative than 98% of other punk drummers, which explains his popularity. He can do a lot on a 4-piece kit, takes advantage of it all.

If you can see Buddy's strengths in his style, but not see Barker's then you're clueless.

  • Being a generic corporate faggot - Barker

  • 1.44 - 1.50 either they are in awh or they look bored as shit here

  • BTW- Buddy is doing single stroke rolls, no buzzes. Scary stuff. Love these new Fastest drummer contests on a practice pad. LOL- Do it on a kit, then ya got me. Like Mr Miyagi said in The Karate Kid- "Tree doesn't hit back". Thats my 2 cents, just enjoy music or shut up.

  • It´s funny to see everybody looking at him, worndering.

  • Everyone there is a master on their instrument, but I guarantee you they all wish they were as good on theirs as Buddy is on his.

  • Jesus jumped up Christ...

You absolutely CANNOT click on a Buddy Rich vid and not see that tatooed poon Travis Barker's name.

  • I like Buddy a lot..I've seen him a couple of times, first time I was twelve, hiding in the ceiling where the lights were in my jr. high school auditorium...but for some reason, I now seem to think he's a little overrated, especially this particular solo...maybe because I've see so many other great ones since then, like Dave Dicenso (many, many times)...I know I'm gonna get reamed for this, but at least I'm not comparing him to Travis Barker.

  • @tombrill i LOVE how you havnt heard of him! I wish i hadn't!!! Utter rubbish

  • I'd love to be that snare. Yes, I wouldn't mind having my face caved in,k as long as I could be near Buddy Rich

  • @Abasuto i'm sorry comparing buddy's strength in style to barker's is just ridiculously ignorant

  • Vintage Buddy !!!!! What a Musician !!!!!!
