Accord hybrid better than poor acceleration.

Video taken after valve clearence adjustment was done. Please notice car hesitation for first few seconds of video. It was about 90% of a wide open throttle.

tell the dealer you want IMA motor calibration done, what else have the dealer done to this car?

Do you mean a major job? Do you mean something related to the transmission.

Because it is a lot what they did to my car. I service my car at he dealer only.

Apparently they say that they did everything listed in the book when they changed transmission.

Do you know from your experience that the problem with IMA motor calibration?

@drozzin Did they pull any codes from the IMA system? If they replaced the transmission they most likely removed the IMA motor, anytime the IMA motor is removed and replaced IMA motor calibration must be performed ( source : accord hybrid shop manual )

There were no codes AFAIK.

They claimed that they did everything what was necessary when they did transmission swap (including all calibration procedures).

I also noticed you had no electric motor assist except for when the tranny went into 2nd gear. It was only for a split second.

I know that but it does not assist even with full battery charge. It does assist in very mild acceleration only.

So you get no assist at all in normal driving? Does it stay in eco mode often? It might be the IMA power unit that may be bad, but then again theres no codes.
