Who else thinks its anoying that people keep comparing wtf taekwondo to muay thai theyre 2 totaly different things, y dont u muay thai lovers jus stop tryin 2 prove a point coz there aint 1.

Well this is point sparring as apposed to olympic style in olympic style there is a set ammount of time that two people go all out in point sparring there is a set ammout of point every time a point is scored they stop the match check with the judges to see if it counts and then start all over again so it is normal but not necessarily as fun as olympic style

its the sports version of teakwondo
but i really like it.. the ting is in original tkd are similar rules like here. but its not taht fast
if you like origin techniqs try ITF(international taekwondo federation)
