  • uhm. i didnt ask for an opinion. i ask for a REMEDY. NOT AN OPINION.

it feels like theres a monster ripping through my ovaries rightnow, and your talking about womens rights and shit. please change your title if your not gonna talk about what it says. thank you.

  • @AlinaBrown93 I hope you find a REMEDY that works for you. Transforming our thoughts about menstruation, womanhood and ourselves is a remedy. If it doesn't work for you or you're not open to it that is your choice, move on to the next video. Our bodies and wombs are talking to us and it's time women start listening. Also I encourage to look for remedies BEFORE they are in physical pain. Thanks for the feedback.

  • I can totally get on board with the idea that your mental state affects your physical state. But to suggest that your mental state is the entire reason you're cramping is just ridiculous. I'm sorry, but I've had excruciatingly painful cramps since my first period at 11 years old. By your suggestion, I've been resisting something since then. And I guess my mom has been happy and stress free her entire life since she's never had any cramps. Mindset is part of it but there's more to it.

  • @nydatv Thanks for your feedback. I see our thoughts and lifestyle choices as KEY to our womb happenings, particularly in adult women. When I say resistance I am speaking about what we feel and think about menstruation, womanhood, and ourselves (self love). Many of us behave like we are men, meaning we do not yield and rest during menstruation when clearly our bodies are telling us to. Many of us are resisting both menstruation and womanhood.

  • Um, excuse me? You've never had bad menstrual cramps, so you shouldn't act like one can beat it mentally. Cramps are a PHYSICAL event. You can tell me that this really all stems from a problem in my life I'm not addressing, but at the end of the day, it's uterine muscles contracting too hard as they expel the blood lining. So stop acting like it's voluntary and you're just more strong-willed than the cramp-ridden rest of us.

Right now, all my period is "telling" me is that I need more Advil.

  • @menstrualmovement Well, I take 2 Tylenol pills when I have cramps on the first day and It really works! I got rid of the cramps about a minute later! Now I'm having a happy period for 7 days. Tylenol is a wonderful REMEDY ( for me ). :) !

  • Ummm...you're confused.Live my life and experience my horrible cramps THEN come back & talk about it.
