@AgouraMo: a lady is not measured by her social status or class but the way a woman conducts herself in public. For example a lady would not dress in a demeaning manner, nor would she speak derogatorily, or act in any way whatsoever that would bring her down. Have you never read Pygmalion, or watched My Fair Lady? A lady can come from any class and of late, I've known many women behave far more ladylike than their upper class counterparts. Your comment truly exudes ignorance.
