ZeLinkers are gonna love this one... Period. But that doesn't mean there isn't something for those who like a good fight either ;).

==Overview== (Spoiler alert)

ok... Well if episode 3 pt. 2 was the best one yet for action, this one certainly takes the medal for romance. Let's see here:

First we find out what happened to Link and Zelda. Zelda had taken Link, who fell unconscious to Peach's castle, were he was looked after by Mario and Peach until he woke up.

When he was brought to Zelda after waking up he found out that she had stayed by him for almost the full time he'd been out. And being as he was out for almost three days, that must have been tough... So when they got to her, she was sleeping. Link decided to let her rest, and that he'd watch over her until she woke up.

Next the scene takes an action turn. We see Marth training. Pretty soon a familiar voice calls him out. Ganondorf appeared, and swore to make Marth pay for stopping him from taking their lands (Remember the conversation in episode 3 pt. 1?), so yeah. Ganondorf has about as much of a vendetta agianst Marth, as he does Link and Zelda. But, Ganondorf had no intention of fighting Marth, instead he uses Roy. They fight, and Marth ends up breaking the spell on Roy.

Next it goes back to Peach's Castle, where Zelda was just waking up. She's understandably surprised and relieved to see Link's ok.

After a bit of talking Link starts thinking on recent events. He's (quite obviously) upset about what's happened. Zelda tells him not to think like that, and ends up mentioning Farore's arrival. Link tells her of his own encounter with the Goddess of Courage.

After this happens, the scene every ZeLinker want's to see! Yeah for some time I wasn't sure if that would work out. But I found a way, and it worked pretty well. I loved that song from FFVIII to :D. I normally wont be using lyrical songs like that one, but some I will use. That song was just perfect for the scene, lyrics or not.

There was another scene I wanted to add, but I didn't have time. I could have shortened som scenes to add it, but then they wouldnt be half as good. So I decided to wait till the next Episode.

On a side note: The Castle scenes were VERY annoying to do. Why? First off those damn buttons that screw with the environment. I wanted to keep it as realistic (by Zelda standards) as possible, and a path appearing out of thin air for no reason wouldn't work. And then... Theres the Banzai Bills... I swear, I got blown away by those things more times than I care to admit! What's worse is they seemed to seek me out right when I'd gotten things set up right, and making me have to do it agian. I swear during this episode I set the record for "Most times KOed by a damn Banzai Bill"!

Q&A:

I may add more to this section if I get other questions.

Q: What was Marth doing before Ganondorf showed up?
A: He was training. Phantom swordplay.

Q: What did ganondorf mean when he said "Let's see if you do as well agianst your friend as you did me"?
A: I'm sure to get this question. Remember what Marth told Link in Episode 3 Part 1? That Ganondorf also tryed to take his people's lands? I decided to make a reference to the 7 years Link was sealed in the Sacred Realm. During that time, after he took Hyrule, Ganondorf tryed to take Marth's country as well (which for the purpose of this series, is a close neighbor to Hyrule). Marth fought him, and won but, sense the Master Sword is the only weapon powerful enough to defeat Ganondorf decisively, Marth was only able to make him return to Hyrule after loosing. I haven't played Fire Emblem (though I'd like to), but from his discription on SSBM, his sword is a holy blade called "Falchion". It's my idea that this could be something of a Sub-Master Sword. Able to damage Ganondorf badly but not flat out defeat him.

Q. How did a blow from Marth's sword free Roy?
A. Another reference to it's position as a holy blade. The power of light from Marth's sword was able to cancel out Ganondorf's Dark Magic. I plan to give the Master Sword a similar effect.

Referances:

1. Marths Sword dispelling Ganondorf's magic was a reference to many things, including Twilight Princess where the power of light was able to destroy evil energy.

2. Link's personality is based loosly off of Squall from Final Fantasy VIII. More of the way he was toward the end. Less of a hard ass, but still serious as hell and believing the weight of the world is on his shoulders.

Music:

Final Fantasy VIII - Tell Me
Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess - Link Will Save Us
Legend of Zelda: Majora's Mask - Pirate's Fortress.
Final Fantasy VII - Shinra Corporation
Final Fantasy VIII - The Landing
Legend of Zelda: Majora's Mask - Song of Healing
Final Fantasy VIII - Rinoa's Theme
Final Fantasy VIII - Eyes on Me

  • see no y couldnt mario have said bowser wen link said ganondorf and then said o wait i thought we were saying our mortal enemies or something like that u no be funny once in a while rly good though

  • @mariofan0517 I think you're missing the point of this series; it's not supposed to be funny. This is a serious work with a serious theme and storyline. If you're looking for something funny, it may be best to look elsewhere because you won't find any random comedy segments here. Sorry to disappoint, but if you want funny, I would suggest checking out PitnLinkproductions' work instead as his has a more comedic theme, though like me, I'm unsure of his stance on continuing any of his series'.

  • @raptorking2000 bo i like it its just u no be a little funny sumtimes cuz i mean its good but it needs just a little comedy think of like sumthing stupid like wat i said up there laughter isw the best medicene they say

  • @mariofan0517 Laughter is good in some cases, but if the work is serious like this one, humor, if attempted must be tasteful, relevant, and only come where it is appropriate and in character. Think for a moment of where the characters are and why. Link had just awoken after having fallen unconscious due to a brutal clash with Ganondorf. Meanwhile, the very same ruthless man who left him in that state is left to run free. I highly doubt that such a situation would be a place for levity.

  • Is that final fantasy VIII music at the beggining of the video?

  • @biggzum Indeed it is.

  • Yes the scene people have dreamed of....

Zelda is tripping off the side of the castle, with her hands up like the police are coming to arrest her, and link's shield is through her. I've always dreamed of this. Lol.

  • Uhm, I thought that Link only knew how to shout and make noises, but I didn't know he could talk =P
