Gutsy Bat - 1/128 drop from Bionic Kraken in the 2nd and 3rd part of the cave of the past
Star Pendent - 1/128 drop from Major Psychic Psycho in the Fire Spring
Pixie's Braclet - Found in a box in the starmen base
Shiny Coin - Bought in The Lost Underworld

Magic Fry Pan- 1/128 drop from Chomposaur in The Lost Underworld
Goddess Band - Found in a box in Magicant
Goddess Ribbon - 1/128 chance drop from Ghost of Starman in Onett ( invaded ) or the cave of the past

Gaia Beam - Repair Broken Antenna (65 IQ). Broken Antenna is a 1/128 drop from the Uncontrollable Sphere in the cave before Lumine Hall
Cherub's Band - Found in a box in Fire Spring
Souvenir Coin - Found in a box in Deep Darkness

Sword of Kings - 1/128 drop from Starman Super in the Starmen Base
Cloak of Kings - Found in a box in The Lost Underworld
Bracer of Kings - Found in a box in the Pink Cloud Shrine
Diadem of Kings - Found in a box in the cave before Lumine Hall

Yes I'm that crazy, I don't recommend you get all the equipment just because it takes...days or even weeks, the only one I recommend getting is the sword of kings, but thats it...

Random stuff about the equipment - Ness' and Paula's weapons are not based around offense but about guts ans since Ness already has crazy high offense it's not gonna matter plus Paula is not a physical attacker but it'll be realy hard to get a mortal blow on her.

The star Pendant protects you from any type of PSI accept for thunder and it protects you from paralysis so thats also great.
You can get one for Poo but he'll lose 30 defense points.
One more thing about the Gaia Beam: It's the one I recommend the least becouse all it does is raise offense plus the heavy bazooka still does more even if you have 255 offense.

I honestly don't think that the Gutsy Bat is really worth getting, mainly due to the fact that it is at the VERY END OF THE GAME. Once you get it, you'll want to fight the final boss, which 95% of the time, you won't even be using your standard attack on. I base my ultimate uquipment for the characters on the items obtainable BEFORE the cave of the past.

@whitefox142 You can get one from the Krakens in Magicant (I think). Still pretty late in the game, and a huge hassle to get, though.

@biffbiffton You can't, the Earthbound player's guide says that Krakens do drop them but that's been proven wrong.

@SwrdBreak sword of kings is easy to get ... kill the starman supers last in and encounter... i use this time getting that sword to lvl up my characters... generally i go from say 55-75 in lvls tryin for kings... worth every kill IMO helps u out for later battles.... the lvlin i mean i beaten this game like 30 times and still never saw the gutsy bat ><;

If you have the Walk through Walls hack(I finished the game without it before)you could just get to the Cave of the Past and get the Gutsy Bat from Bionic Kraken(as usual) and IF you don't have the sound stone,keep going up and right a bit till you see a bird phone from the Dark Underworld(I think that was the name)then get a enemy to fight you,after the battle you should be normal(despite being robots still) go to a open area,and IF you have Teleport Beta use it to go to,anywhere,enjoy
