ramp31 - nothing better to do but type insults? It is not hgamer's fault that you are not happy with yourself. Typically when "hate" with their words and actions, it is because they are not happy with themselves - stop all the hate and appreciate the opportunity to grow in you understanding!

The more I watch Wing Chun the more I see the foundation of JKD at work.

Another thing you could do it put sound absorbing material in the hall. Like pad one whole wall with synthetic sponge. (I once recorded in a guy's closet which was padded with that).
Even rolling in a couple of moving wardrobes full of hanging garments would absorb a lot of reverb.

I've seen a couple of videos and you sound very knowledgeable. I hope I can start learning a martial art and stick to it. I do have the same sound issue as garouHH. You may want to invest in wireless clip-on microphone?
