Ubuntu 8.10 preview

Granted, I made a few changes to the default look, but it runs very smoothly. My computer is about... 3 years old, made from parts dating as far back as 1998.. ;_; My internet is running a little slow since people are sharing this connection...

Icon Scheme is High Contrast SVG I believe. It's been a while. Btw, I am not a big Ubuntu fan. It is bloated and slow. For a much better OS, I recommend Dreamlinux. Just like Ubuntu, it is based on Debian, however is has a much larger set of programs you can install straight from Debian's repository, and it makes things MUCH easier than Ubuntu ever did.

Is ubuntu good for games and no lagg?

I'd say yes, but that also depends on your PC. Ubuntu has gotten a bit bloated over the years. For a more low-latency distribution that is still easy to use, and still offers the ability to easily enable astonishing effects, I recommend Dreamlinux.

There are lots of places where you can get these images. Basically, any panoramic image will often work. Just make sure that you have the Compiz Control Panel, and it will be available in the Desktop Cube options.
