that can be solved using a self cleaning glass. the one glazed with titanium dioxide. it also have a relatively low surface tension so rain will just wash the dirt easily.

the most beautifull public space I ever have been

just traveled trogh the Europe, not as a tourist but to work and without knowing what I am going to see, changed my trains there in the sunny morning after not sleeping very well whole night in train after long day in work, I did not believe to my eyes, I just wanted to cry and stay in this place forever, I just had a litle bit more than 10 minutes untill my next train come, but these minutes will stay in my head for a long long time
