Tried this recipe on my Weber using indirect heat...wife said best beer can chicken I've ever made.

@profile724 washing a chicken with vinegar does not kill bacteria. bacteria does not simply lie on the outside of the meat. it is contaminated all the way through it, which is why chicken must be cooked thoroughly.

Nice....BUT...place olive oil all over the chicken first so that your rub will stay on and use SMOKED PAPRIKA instead of regular paprika.

why don't you people use vinger to wash the chicken .My mom does it gets all the bacteria.
