Logan vs. Taxi Commission

Central planning isn't just for communist societies. In most American cities the government decides the exact number of taxis that should service the city. Driving one more taxi is against the law. In this simulated situation (it was part of a demo reel for a proposed TV newsmagazine) Logan tries to figure out what evil could derive from have more taxis available.

what is a taxi.....if a man picks up a another man and that gives the driver some money for fuel..........see everyone is a taxi...where all going around picking people up and exchanging money..........what they are saying is that only people with Taxi licences can go......around and pick up people and people without taxi licences.....can only travel alone.
