In addition to conventional mandrel bending services, Sharpe Products provides unique tube bending capabilities with our Nissin 3D bender that can bend up to 1-1/4" O.D. This machine continuously guides the tube through a single die according to programmed specifications. With this single die technology, flexibility in... part design is unmatched by other forms of tube bending. Advantages include: little to no tooling marking resulting in high quality cosmetic parts, the ability to produce multi-radii parts without additional tooling, no distance required between bends, and tube roundness/thickness are maintained as the part continuously passes through the die.
