I can see by the post date this was one of your early ones. I could see you were concerned by "baby noises" in the background, but I thought it was cute. And you were still able to seem focused.

I requested this song in a bar in Ville Platte (which coincidently i'm from there also, now in Lafayette 25 years) a couple of years ago after duck hunting in Miller's Lake. I wasn't sure if it was the many whiskey drinks i had that night but at the time,i thought it was probably one of the best renditions of that song i had ever heard. You guys did an amazing job with it and i put a 20 spot in your tip jar and that one song was worth every bit of twenty bucks. Now i know it wasn't the whiskey.

You've just sung one of my "favorite" songs, and I must say, INCREDIBLY WELL DONE !!! I can't understand why someone from the music industry hasn't already scooped you up yet...you're better than most "known" country singers.
