That is a Gulf Stream IV. You can tell by the wings:Max. payload is 6500 lbs. with an extra 23K lbs. max for fuel.They stuffed that baby and kept the fuel down to half it's amount. 11.5K lbs. It has a max. dist. of 4.25K NM-the distance from Bogota, COL to Yucatan,MX is 1332 NM. It is nothing for a GS IV to keep the fuel down and just refuel once to get to the US. That is why they ran out of fuel they weren't allowed to land. Just cut fuel, you can add to your payload more than10K lbs. URstupid
