  • @f123penn Dunno if he ever recorded any more covers, but I know he plays more. Years ago, probably 88-89 or so, a busload of us from a rock club in Leeds had a trip out to Brid and had a boat ride. Jim was playing on the boat, and (completely unphased by the sudden influx of hairy leather-jacketed herberts on his boat) he proceeded to crank out a selection of Status Quo, Dire Straits and Sex Pistols tunes at us. His rendition of "No One Is Innocent" was a particular joy. The guy's a legend.
